what's the safest OTC medicine I can take besides tylenol for my allergies . By the way, i'm 5 months pregnant

Yes do call your Dr. A fever generally indicates infection. Even Benadryl, what I consider the safest has warning to consult your doctor if nursing or pregnant.

O! You poor soul! I'll bet you're miserable.
I'd call the doctor if I were you. I don't know of any pills save for pregnant women off the top of my head.
Do you have hay fever??!! A temp of 101 is not a common symptom of allergies. Usually it's just the runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, etc.
