There are various clubs which for different interests. Many of these clubs put meeting time and date in the newspaper and have a phone number there for more information. There are also many clubs which don't put the info in the paper. I think you might be able to call the society editor of the local paper and find out what some of the other clubs are.

yes,there's pwp.parents without partners.also your local church,vfw,koc.have clubs with social events for middle aged women and men.
