I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I lost 4 lbs in two days these week, then I at normally and the third day I put on 3 lbs. So I guess it is very possible to lose 2 lbs in one day but you'll probably gain it back really easily.
The best way to do it is to stick to under 1000 calories.

Normal weight fluctuations can cause you to go up and down a few pounds everyday anyways.
Doing anything drastic to make you lose weight in one day would be highly dangerous.
If I were you then I would cheat and do the coin idea.

Yeah it's possible I've done it! Exercise A LOT, but not muscle building stuff cos muscle weighs more than fat. Drink LOADS of water cos it helps burn calories and stuff. Eat way smaller meals and stick to just vegetables (especially celery-you burn more calories eating it than you gain). Just eat watery foods like lettuce and stuff-but don't starve yourself. Frequently snack on stuff i just mentioned-that barely have any calories. You should be able to do it! Good luck

please do not do this for more than 2 days but take a laxative, eat very little and dont drink much water. water is great in losing weight over time but it does stay with you at first (water weight) maybe take a fluid pill too
be careful and hope you win the bet!!

Wouldn't get in the habit of doing things like this.

But... eat foods that will be digested pretty quickly (google it), and have a dump and pee just before the weigh in!

Also try and wear as little clothing as possible (i.e. take off your jumper or coat).

Good luck!
