Deal with the bank holding your account, tell them that this was never authorized by you and ask that they reverse the charges immediately. Then send a letter to whomever charged your account stating that you have not and will not be responsible for charges that they falsely try to get payment for aznd that the bank is reversing the payment..

Go to bank and explain situation. They will help in what to do. Try to save as much info on them as possible. The next time ANY E-MAIL that says you have won SPAM /delete it.
If you have given them ANY personal info such as Full name, birthdate , etc. You may have a case of identity theft. Contact any and all credit companys that you deal with and the police.

What kind of account was it? Most banks and credit card companies will dispute charges for you if you inform them that it was an un-authorized charge. Call the company in charge of your account and give them the information.

Call the holder of your account (is it a credit card?) and ask for details of the charge. Then write the account holder a letter telling them you dispute the charge.

Maybe you signed for something with a company of a different name but they use this one to collect the payment. Double check with your card company.

Get in touch with your card issuer or bank NOW. Someone is fraudulently using your account details, and if you don't report it as soon as you notice it you could be liable to pay it.
