I am sure there is; it is called "Reverse Osmosis" and "De-ionization". RO systems can easily handle that amount of water. I don't know the capacities of DI systems, but I am sure that 1170 liters (300 gallons) of water an hour could be done for the right price.

Our sewer plants recycle dirty water all the time ,then the water is aerated and collected to put back in the river.
