That's not completely true. I had a very short haircut once and I got a LOT of attention from it. It depends on the cut. If it's a soccer mom bob cut, then eeek...it's not such a good look for a young woman. But a little pixie cut can be hella sexy. It all depends on where you get it done and how well you keep up with it. Short hairstyles are pretty hard to maintain because if you don't keep up, it starts to look pretty bad as it's growing out. I've been there! It's no fun.

I think the men who enjoy women with longer hair are the the baby boomer's. Their mothers all had long hair. Plus long hair on a woman makes her look more like a woman.
I think short hair is cute on some women. But I have to agree with some of the men who enjoy long hair.

I just read and interesting study on what makes people think other people are attractive; they were trying to teach a computer how to do it. What they found was, for men, the faster their brain can identify you to be a girl, the prettier they will say you are. If it takes a man 3 nanoseconds to recognize you are a girl, he will find you prettier than if it takes him 5 nanoseconds. Long hair is the type of thing that helps someone quickly identify you as a girl.
Also, long hair takes alot of effort to maintain, and some men like the way it shows you are willing to make an effort to look good.

It depends on the woman and on the cut. Some women look terrible with long hair and others do with short hair.

I'd love to try short hair but my head is very round lol and the shorter my hair is,the bigger my head looks haha it's not a good look!
One of my male friends loves girls with short hair cos he thinks it shows they have confidence and sex appeal.
It seems majority of girls do have long hair,but it just means you stand out that little bit more and some people would kill for that

Most guys like a woman with longer hair than them or else they'll start to look alike but if your very pretty and hair pretty facial feautres then short hair is good for you. Also a guy likes a woman with longer hair so he can pull it while he's bangin her.

having asked this question of my males friends a million times, it just seems to be some sort of fetish for certain guys. The most common answer i get from them is that it's nice to be able to play with the girl's hair, and it seriously turns them on during trysts(that's what they say, i don't know how much of it is true).
BUT, don't worry too much about sporting a short do. There are guys who love gutsy girls who are confident of themselves too!! BE YOURSELF. that's the most important thing they want to see.

That's true on some people. Guys in general, still like girls with longer hair because they don't remind them of boys. Why would you want to date someone that has the same haircut that you do?! Not that I agree totally, but think about it.

ok some guys like girl or woman with short hair. but the true thing is ladys beauty is in her hair and if she will have long hair she will look more beautiful
