Definitely go to your doctor. You may be anemic or any one of a number of reasons may be behind you being so tired all the time. What is your diet like?? Eating insufficient protein will make you tired.

I wonder if you are in the same boat as me.
What are you doing about getting more sleep at night? Can you go to bed earlier? What about getting into a set sleep schedule so your body rhythms will be better for your job?
In terms of getting some energy today, stay away from sugared things as they only give you a temporary high and then you will become even more tired later. Instead, drink some ice cold water. I tried this and it does work. If you are working at a desk, stand up and when you are on break, take a few minutes to do some walking. It will help you get some badly needed energy.

First, go to a doctor. It might be a serious condition. Then, try to follow the doctor's advice.
If possible, eat wisely, sleep 7 to 9 hours a night, and get some exercise early in the day so you are tired at night. Don't do anything (no exercising, no eating, no arguments or wild TV) for three hours before bedtime. Yoga might be OK, though.
And if you are still tired, then get a second opinion. Research "fatigue" on the internet. Find out what seems to match your problems, and find out what you can do about them.
I've had tiredness problems for about 14 years; some days are better than others, but it's a struggle. I hope your tiredness goes away quickly!

Vitamin B.
I almost died from glandular fever and a common thing to suffer from afterwards is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...
I'm not sure if that's what I had however for about 3 years after I had to drag myself out of bed.
I'm still tired ALL the time even though I have 9 hrs sleep every night, so I take 3 times the recommended dose of Cenovis Mega B tablets. I'm not saying to do that as I don't want to get sued if something bad happens, but I've taken 3 every morning for the past year and can get through the days fine. Don't even need coffee!
Cenovis Mega B. I'm sure even one tablet a day will help!

I ABSOLUTELY know how you feel. I had the SAME problem and it was ruining my life. Yesterday was the best day ever. You don't have much info but.... There are many reasons why you could be tired. Have your doctor do full blood work to check for thyroid, blood count etc. to rule all that out. If you're under a lot of stress, that could be why. I was so tired because of my depression medication (cymabalta) It made me feel better mentally so I didn't want to go off of it because then I would have debilitating depression.... But it was making me SO tired. My doctor added a low dose of generic Ritalin to give me a little more energy and I FEEL GREAT. Hope this helps.....

Do you snore? You may have sleep apnea. One of the signs is feeling tired the whole day inspite of a "good" nights rest. Energy drinks are just palliative and will not solve the issue. Another possibility is depression. I suggest you seek medical consult to get to the root of this problem.

believe it or not but excerise, eating right and even taking vitamins with Alot of B can give you alot more energy. start by going for a 10 min walk, stay away from high sugar foods and get at least 8 hours of sleep. go to bed early. Food high in fat and sugar drags you down and makes you feel lousy

exercise is SUPPOSED to boost your energy levels, and I know those energy pills are good too. Vivatin or something like that. They wont give you the jitters.
