Yes, the following treatment will help you not go through such agony as you withdraw from the medication.
To help with the withdrawls take hot bathes with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and this will help pull out the drugs.
Drink lots of water and 2c. a day of fresh carrot juice, to flush the medicine out of your liver. You can take 500mg of calcium and magnesium twice a day to help you relax. Drink chamomile tea throughout the day And evening to help you stay relaxed.
use a powdered fiber supplement twice daily to pull the drugs out of your intestines where they can store.

I've been on pain management for years. My doctor told me percocet won't hurt my organs its the Tylenol over the years that will hurt your liver. I understand your not on pain management your taking them because in the beginning they were there, it was easy and now your addicted. I think you did really well on your own cutting down from 8-10 to 2-3 that's awesome. The doctor would cut you down slowly because it could be potentially dangerous to your heart. So do not go cold turkey. Keep doing what your doing. Next week cut one more pill out, and so on and so on. Before you know it you'll be off the pills BUT the boyfriend with the pills will still be there, this is a problem. You need to go to meetings NA after your off the pills so you can learn how to live day to day without them. I wish you all the luck in the world. Peace.

I know how hard this is to do. I will not go into detail as to what all the medication I have been on. I will just say that now I am on Morphine 30 mg 2 tabs every four hours. But I have a medical problem for being on this medication.
As many years that you have been on this medication can you be getting much of a high?
You have to do this very slowly. You can get your body clean from this drug. But your mind will always want it. For as many years that you have been on this drug you do have a reason to be worried. All the tylenol that is in each one of those pills ???? Tylenol is hard on your kidneys and liver.
You can do it just be careful. Is there anyone that can stay with you in case you would need medical care?
Take Care!!!

First try to pick up a little ultram/tramadol and only use when withdraw gets to bad. Also get some vitamin C and take every four hours. Next hot chocolate - very six hours. Shower every seven hours or so. Now get ready for the fun for around 2 1/2 weeks. Good Luck.

I stay with an incurable affliction (Open draining and bleeding wounds on each and each fringe of my groin, inner and outer labia, and buttocks) I take in basic terms a million in accordance to day...and certain, i'm in 24 hour soreness, yet i do no longer desire to get addicted to it. So I take one tablespoon (Mine is on the marketplace in a liquid) an afternoon, in spite of the actual undeniable truth that it says a million tablespoon each 6 hours. Why no longer cut back your dose in 1/2 and also you are able to slowly ween your self off of it, or a minimum of in basic terms a million tablet an afternoon. I genuinely have body aches too...yet what's worse is I take Tamoxifen which already causes body aches, muscle and bone soreness! I concern taking it more beneficial than two times an afternoon, and easily accomplish that at the same time as my sciatica acts up. except that, a million tablet an afternoon does little or no damage. I in basic terms desire they weren't so darn constipating. i imagine it truly is what keeps me taking a lot less an afternoon.

I would suggest rehab, as you have a chemical addiction. It is very hard to go cold turkey without professional help that involves counseling, and cold turkey can actually make you relapse to a worse state than before. Good luck to you.

The only thing that will make it easier to get off lortabs is you..
Going cold turkey is not the way to do it that would be too much of a shock for your body..
Well, then I suggest that you rid yourself of "your guy" and seek counseling right away to help you make the transition easier and healthier for you...Good luck...If you want to talk more about it or seeking someone to talk to I will be there for you if you want....GOOD LUCK !!!!!

it will shorten your life! so, you have to be the one to decide to get off of them. you can call your doctor they have new meds that can help you get off, and they don't have the addiction side effects. but, the with-drawls are much better!!!!
you could "afford" to live your life happy and healthier too then!!!
