I have been having problems with sciatic pain for over a year now. The pain gets so severe that is feels like a knife is being thrust into my hip. I have been to the doctor and X-RAYS are negative, MRI are negative. They are going to send me to a pain management clinic and possible give me epithelia injections. I have been going to a chiropractor and he says my sacroiliac bone keeps coming out of place but there is now indication on the MRI, X-RAYS. It seems I live between tordol shots. I am at the end of my rope and I am curious if anyone has any suggestions or helpful advice.

I've been battling sciatica for close to a decade, after a minor car accident, and I had tried everything the doc threw at mepills, injections, special mattresses This guide was extremely eye opening and within one week of the regimen you gave me I can barely feel any discomfort. You have no idea how much of a relief it is to be finally getting rid of a pain I've had to bear for so many years.

I hope you find the help you need at the pain management clinic. I agree with the first person who answered you that you need a good massage. A qualified massage therapist can do more to relieve pain then anything I can think of. I suffer from extreme physical pain and I get massaged three times a week and it makes my life bearable. Hang in there.
