Si pudiera retrasar las manos de tiempo, ella todavía sería mi chica (or novia.....but novia is girlfriend...and chica is girl...female...etc)
The second translation or mine would be great!
The first translation is wrong..it says "volver"...volver is come back (as in will you come back?) & "para atras".....that is slang spanish & the third translation says if i could change the hands of time......not turn back the hands of time.....

the first sentence is not translated literary, it's so difficult.. it's an aproximated translation but it's correct!! the rest is ok!!
