Apparently not since most of the people in the world want the government to tell them what to do from the "Cradle" to the "Grave".
Why do you think we have so many "Self-Help" books out

There is an instruction manual, its called genetics. It could also be called, the book of life. In 2000 the genome project was complete, now they just have to learn how to read it.
No, life doesn't "suck" where I live. But I tend to look on the dark side of things, so it doesn't make for a good outlook.

It wouldn't matter. Nobody would go by the book. Most of those who claim to go by the manual wouldn't go by the manual.
But if the manual was REALLY GOOD, those who saw that might benifit.

The problem is that there is a multitude of manuals to life. Most are quite useless.

GOD's INSTRUCTION manual is HIS WORD. It is inspired of HIM and was written over a 1500 year period so that we would know exactly what we are to be doing to one another and in accordance with HIS WORD. Grab a copy and study it. There will be a test. Have a great weekend.

Basically, there is an instruction manual.
The Bible. If everyone followed the standards in the Bible, think about how peacful it would be.
