Well I live in the Rio Grande and 90% of the people here are Latina, but I don't think that a particular race is attracted to one thing sooo just go to the rio grande.

Most Latina women like uneducated short chubby dark haired guys with little pee-pees just like most of the Latino men are, and you should have luck finding them at a local run down stinky little bar, where many of them hang out, but if you're tall, fairly smart, fairly good looking, and have a big pee pee, chances are they'll ignore you;) LOL and of course I'm joking so don't be offended by my stupid comment...

Depending on your view of 'sexy', you may not find one. Most latina women are overweight, so I'd try the fast food places.

You have got to travel to Puerto Rico.... I am a white guy and I love Puerto Rican woman... They are so HOT... I love a sweet, honest, conservative, Puerto Rican - half white / half Indian is the hottest.
