Blonde for the summer is a must. Ignore all the bimbo comments that people put, its just jealousy as they can't pull the look off.
Nothing beets blonde haired blue eyes. Very sexy go for it.

Sweetie,i would say brunette.This will compliment your skin and make your eyes "pop".Blonde would actually make your skin look darker,and i dont believe it would look as "natural" as brunette.When dying your hair you want something that is going to compliment your skin and features.Brunette sounds like the right choice for you.Good luck hun,and have a good day!!

Brunnette...more sexy and will bring out your eyes...you know how blondes have blue eyes...you will just end up blending in with the typical blonde.

Go with being brunette. Nothing against blondes, but if you have any darkness in your skin, blonde hair wouldn't look right on you.
