God is His title, not his name.
His proper title is ALMIGHTY GOD.
And in Hebrew, his name is YHWH. All consonants, no vowels. the pronunciation has been lost. To make pronunciation easier, we have added to the basic ' four letters'
YaHWeH. And this has been translated to the English " JEHOVAH"
