this guy i dont like gave me a diamond ring a month and a half ago and i want to give it back but i dont know how. i think ive made it pretty obvious that i dont like him considering that i dont even talk to him. how can i give it back without crushing him?

mmmmmmmmm well if you dont like him,, i say ,tell him ,it to much for you, you like it,,, but you cant take it ,he may be hurt, but it best to stop it now than let it go on, for the longer you wait, the more he ,going to be hurt,

Do you know his address? Send it back by registered mail with a nice note explaining that you can't keep the ring because of what it represents and you wish to be honest about your feelings.

There isn't any way around that one. You could be like most people and have someone give it back for you but, that wouldn't say much about you.

you've already crushed him... Tell him you don't feel it's right for you to have accepted such an extravagant gift, and you do not feel right keeping it. He will be sad, there is nothing you can do about that.

and send it with the ring.
