sure it can be done but when you factor in cost and health issues it may be too expensive. Even though grey water basically would be safe i do not think anywhere in the city the water which is grey is seperated from other drainage water. I researched grey water systems for housing and you need to design the water system plumbing to accomodate which source can be grey and what sources may be hazardous.
