Why is it when guys breakup with their girlfriends or their girlfriends breakup with them they already are all over girl and trying to start a realtionship with them? Where girls take time to actually find a good guy and wait to date again? Are guys just trying to get over their ex girlfriend and this is how they deal with it?

I should point out, it's not just guys that do this - I know some rapid rebounders and they're girls!
That said, when people end a relationship or have it ended by their partner, they deal with it in different ways. If they think that they learnt through the newly ended relationship what they do and don't want from someone they can feel that it's suitable to go looking straight away.
Some believe in getting back up and jumping back into the dating scene.
Some are pressured into it by friends.
Some simply don't want to be alone.
Some think they can't deal with being single.
Some feel that they need to prove to themselves / their families / their friends / the world in general / their dating preferred gender that they are a good relationship candidate.
Be careful that you don't buy into a stereotype because in this day and age, anything goes and I've seen just as many girls rebounding as guys.
The trick for the single is to make sure they don't invest emotionally in a relationship where they find themselves as the 'rebound' or 'replacement'. That's hurtful and unfair.

This is how guys deal with breakups, by moving on. As the Cherry Poppin' daddies song goes, "The way to get over someone is to get under someone else". Most times, they aren't even trying to start new relationships, they're just getting laid. It's a good way to take your mind off of an ex. Guys don't need to have feelings in order to have sex, we can have it just for fun and can separate the act from our feelings.
I know that when I broke up with girlfriends in the past, I would get 2 or 3 women that were just booty calls. I would just call them when I wanted sex, and if one of them was busy, I would call the other, and we would meet just for sex. We never went on dates, in fact I never even saw them by the light of day. When I met someone else, I just stopped seeing them.

You're kidding! You've never seen a girl who was held down in a less-loving relationship go out and sew her wild oats directly after the breakup? That's HUMAN behavior, not just male humans.
After my first marriage broke up, I was depressed for 14 months. I didn't really date at all.

Sports has made us that way. Let me use baseball as an example. When you get hit by a 100 mph fastball, you get right up & run, (body aching) to 1st base. You keep playing the game. Never let it show how much it hurts.
