could possibly be dermatitis or psoriasis....get prescription for either one....

This could be due to dry skin, best way to treat is drinking a lot of water and after your shower, just tap dry, bot rub dry and put on a moisturizer on places which are dry. You don't need expensive one, just any long acting will do.

it depends on where the problem is on your body - if it is everywhere it could be psorasis.

If it is localised it could be an allergic reaction, ezcema, or reaction to pharmaceuticals. also dry air or mites can be a cause.

I would go to the doctor, get it checked out, and maybe have a sample taken to test what the cause could be. if it is really bad i would go ASAP as if you keep scratching you could open the skin up and it may get in infected (you don't have to make it bleed, as scratching can cause micrcuts, enough to let bacteria in!!).
