well this isnt no.std. question. in my opion decorate it as you see fit all it isnt like living in an apartment in my opion?

what are your likes and interests? it is hard to answer without any info! think of a theme you like and colours you feel good around and go from there. another way is to go and get a picture you like or a sculpture or rug and decorate according to that. if you are after a really general but fool proof method-plants, plants and more plants! they look great. and suit mostthemes. add alittle asian art, or go boho and add some brass ornaments and coloured scarves or go modern and add black or white things. like i said though decorating is hard to advise on when you know nothing about the person. but remember no one has to love it apart from you! best wishes.

Well, how about having sex with your partner....take lots of pics....then hang them on your wall. Then your walls will be covered in STD's. Is that how you want to decorate your new apartment?

put some pictures that can make you feel like going home everyday...feel the warm, sweet home...
paint the lighter colours for your apartment..maybe light blue...it will make you feel free...
