Well, abstinence is the best way to avoid any kind of std. Since you're a porn star, though, you might want to use condoms, but that won't guarantee 100% protection from stds.

make sure your partners are tested for any STDs before you engage with them. Always put a sheet protector on a toilet seat. Use a latex condom(supposedly stronger than lambskin), and use any other protections. Do not use Nonoxyl 9...does not do anything.
