You walk into my house, in the night. I don't have
the security system on. The night guard has gone
home. I don't have all three locks locked on the
front and back doors.

Here is 1st part of the question: I have
a piece of sycamore, that weighs about
10 pounds. Dried.

Physics question: I use all my might(I weigh about
160), and the arc of the club is 180 degrees. I
hit the would-be assassin with all the force I can
muster, and hit the SOB in the head.

What is the result of this collision? And where
is my favorite beer in the refrigerator? Think
that I can find it?

Where did this helmet come from?
If I used a crowbar, and broke nine
of his ribs, his knee caps, and his
skull, and he died in a nice warm
bed at the hospital, what? Should I
send flowers and condolences?

Well since he is wearing a helmet, nothing but his ability to take you out and drink your beer.

i'm assuming pounds for your weight. the sycamore breaks on his helmet. not a very good assassin, so i'm going to say he drank your beer while waiting.

was you drunk when you wrote this?

anyhow, to humor you, cuz i'm pretty drunk rite now:

ten pounds isnt enough to knockout someone (but not that i would know), and thats assuming you can land a blow on a trained assassin

and if you got to ask where your beer is in your own fridge, i doubt u r gonna find it easily

Hitting an intruder is defense of property and no crime is committed because it is a justifying cause under the Penal Law.
