I don't want to demean Klitscho's ability as a fighter but if they had fought in their prime then I would give the vote to Iron Mike.
Mike Tyson was a great boxer in the late eighties and he ruined his career as he was becoming a contender through one mistake after another.
He changed his management and training staff which were the best things going for him. The man that had clothed, fed and trained him to be a champ was thrown to the street and Tyson was surrounded by people in it for the money.
He then got himself hitched to another money grabber and all those influences along with the fame dragged him down to the sorry state he was in the 1990's and 2000's.
If Tyson had been the fighter he was in the early days he could have became a legend for the right reasons and may have been an undisputed champ.

In Tyson's prime he would have blown through both Klitscho's on the same night. Today, with the deterioratioin of Tyson's skills, either Klitscho would easily KO Mike.

Prime to prime, Tyson would have demolished Klitschko inside of 8 rounds. Klitschko is a big target for Tyson. Tyson would dig deep inside of Klitschko's body and wear him down. Once Klitschko is weak enough, Tyson would go head-hunting. I see Klitschko being badly beaten, until the referee decides to stop the bout late in the 6th round.
If we were to discuss this match-up today, Klitschko would do what Tyson would have done to him years ago. Klitschko would wear down Tyson patiently, making sure that he doesn't get knocked out cold himself. I see Klitschko winning by stoppage.
