In Islam, we prefer to say Allah instead of God. So Allah is the creator of all mankind and all the universe. not to believe in god then may mean that all senses are not working. Look the sun above you, it rise from east and it sets to west who controls it. look how day overtakes the night in the dawn. who else except Allah can do that wonderful change. even go back to your self, when you were in the womb of your mother who has given you the wonderful soul. besides you again cannot keep your self from death. who has the power of giving life and death except Allah.
Allah is the one who feeds the human and the fish in the deep oceans. is the one who made available for every creature what to eat. is the one who thought the human and the animal a like what is good and what is bad for them.
I hope now you understand Allah.
