if god is all-knowing, then all he can give you is the ILLUSION of free will. if he has a divine plan then obviously your choices are already made in his perspective.

Any one who believes in free will has never loved or hated. The freedom is the freedom of choice. At the root of all things is the pathway to love or to hate. God's plan is that you chose life as opposed to death, ultimately love or hatered. "I would that you chose life". The concept of repentance is to turn away from the death mode that you were born into, the same way that you work to overcome the law of gravity, by setting the law of lift into efect.

Not only is it possible, logically it must happen. If we have completely free will, then God cannot definitely know the outcome of that will. It's only a plan. If God is above logic, then we simply have a "mystery."

No,you cannot give what you do not have yourself, also it is not in the nature of God to sin,we tend to much to compare God`s nature with our own.
