Any man who claims to be a Christian but does not show his wife the love of Christ is heading for trouble. I've started a new site at the first link below addressing exactly this issue.

There are plenty that think in the name of God they have a right to do what they do.The truth is the Word says for the husband to love his wife as his own body so with that I say if they mistreat their wives they don't even like themselves.
This is why we are to try the spirits whether they be of God.It isn't always what is in us we have to watch out for.

Why on earth would you think that that is a common occurence? You could just as easily point to a Buddhist who abused his child and say,'how many more Buddhists are there in the world that abuse their children?'

Actually, the stat's are the same for deviant behavior in church goers and the general public....

preachers get more publicity as they are held to a higher standard....As they should be!

Let us not attribute the actions of individuals to their religion even if they claim to do it for their religion. There are black sheep in every community. Judging a religion by its followers is like judging a car by its driver.
