I agree God is love - yes. I don't think love is war, although it can be difficult at times. I'm not sure what the rest of your question means.

Love is not war. God is omnipotent and is true love. Through our humanity, love is war because we are not true to ourselves or to one another. People go through life confused because of a conflict with perfection and imperfection, or in conflict because of our humanity and our inhumanity.
