find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

the water will help, some. any time you only eat one meal, or a couple large meals and nothing else, your body will actually store fat because it doesn't know when it will get more food.
if you only eat once, you also won't get the nutrients you need to function on a daily basis. "diet" doesn't mean stop eating, it's a change of lifestyle.
You should talk to you doctor or a nutritionist about what you want to do, and what is healthy for you to do.

You will shed pounds, but most likely you'll give in and over indulge in afternoons. Try a real diet...eat breakfast, small brunch, eat a snack during lunch, eat dinner early like at six and excercise and drink water, try drinking green tea, its full of antioxidants..make a big jug..carry it around..no sugar. Prunes help bowel movements...colons can hold up to ten pounds in dried caca.eww

Nope your going to get fatter after your body gets use to not eating, your gonna store fat in your body because your body is starving........your body neads nutrition how else in the wolrd is your body supposed to burn fat?

Sounds pretty stupid.
You can go on the Lavender Diet. Not only does it have a lovely name, but you can only eat food that is lavender in color. You'll be in-the-hospital-sexy in no time!!!

thats nuts. i stopped eating for 4 days and drank plenty of fluid and i ended up losing my appendix and my gullbladder. Not a good idea!

i took so many diffrent types of dies pills, but you have to be carefull they can kill you or speed up your heart rate and you will get sick! i was getting dizzy and having weird side affects.
