ok right now my hair reaches up to about my eyebrow i kno its still a little short but i want the ryan sheckler hair style problem is my hair never stays really flat i tried using conditioner and all it does is puff my hair up alot even some shampoos puff it up i just want it to be really flat and straight how the hell can i do this PLZ!!!

Your hair is probably just too short to really get the look, but this may help: Pantene makes a really dense conditioner. Use the one that you rinse off in the shower. Towel dry. Try using styling paste, I use Matrix sleek look Extreme styling creme. Use half a teaspoon for thin hair, half a tablespoon for thick. [The trick is to add the creme little by little, or else your hair will be too greasy.] It is excellent for keeping your hair in place without getting crispy. Use a big round brush and blow-dry your hair into a bowl-haircut style and then use a small/medium curling iron to make the hair flip (your hair sounds too short to use a round brush on the ends).
