People from all over the world seek the freedom and opportunity this country affords them.
They choose the United States over all the other countries on earth from which they have to chose.
How many people want to immigrate to Iran? China? North Korea?

Freedom!! We will not execute anyone for being Muslim, Christians can be executed in Kuwait for being christian, saying bad things about the govt, We don't tell anyone what they can't read, watch or listen to (except kiddie porn), anyone can go to any school they chose. Travel about the country freely. Woman can choose to work, choose their life mate and chose to vote.
As far as I know, the Irish people have the hardest time coming into my country.

Some of these respondents are funny. "Never" is a very long time. I think most people who have any idea about what they're talking about think that the US, China and any other populous nations where soccer is growing in popularity have an excellent chance to win someday. I'm sure the people who say the US will never win are many of the same people who were stunned out of their minds when the US made the final 8 in 2002, and probably would have never given the US U-20 team a chance to beat Brazil in an U-20 World Cup. Still, it may be a long wait. You have to be both lucky and good, and the US squad is still not consistently among the top 10 in the world.

So, when people hate us, are they hating their relatives? Jealous of them? Angry that they can't keep on hurting the folks who've escaped from their clutches? Afraid that now that their relatives and friends have become prosperous in the U.S., they might come back and try to make changes?
I think the wonderful, magnetic thing here is that we have room. Our Judeo-Christian heritage makes us comparatively tolerant and compassionate. And with all this diversity, whoever you are, you can find a niche here. Also, because of movies and T.V., people have an idea what they can expect. I'm charmed and intrigued by India, China, parts of Africa, but I'm not sure how I would be accepted there.

Europe is more popular, only not so many are led in. Theres a better quality of life in Europe..WE really have everything taken care of...our birth is payed for when we are born and our coffin is payed for when we die. we are not hated everywhere we go and we don attack other countries..at least not anymore....jejejee but e are more difficult with inmigration, we dont allow so many people to come in.
