No. At least not on it's own. The point of drinking water to help improve your skin is moisturizing your skin. By improving your diet and drinking enough water your entire body will be healthier which includes your skin. But be sure to take care of your skin in other ways. Use a lotion with SPF or a sunblock. Also be sure to wash your face and moisturize with lotion. It will take time to find the right products and routine for your own skin, but you will.

nothing will cure pimples only to temporarily make them go away. although water will keep your skin hydrated. Pimples are cause by bacteria inside the pores. you should be cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. if it's really bad you should use an acne skin care system if not use a regular normal-to-oily skin care system. I use this one. http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=E5018
keeps you shine free and oil free for up to 12 hours. that's why i love is soo much and i've been using it for 5 years now . The smaller your pores are the less breakouts you will get. because pores are large it's easier for dirt and makeup buildup to clog pore and causes you to breakout. so you need to tone as well this is the most very important step to takinf good care of your skin. because toning closes your pores and wipes away what the cleanser could not. moisturizing hydrates your skin because all the oil had been wiped and washed off.

Yes it may take a couple of days because it takes a while to be fully hydrated , but drinking plenty of water flushes out the toxins in your body and that should rid you of your spots!

Yes, An excellent remedy for pimples or acne-prone skin can be made by mixing 1 teaspoon ground cloves with 2 tablespoons fullers earth and ice water. When you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks to rid yourself of acne. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
