From what I've heard other people say, Manic Panic tends to be the best overall.
However, I've never tried any of these myself so I couldn't say.
If you need any more info about dying your hair wacky colours, I highly recommend http://haircrazy.info/index.php.
It's got a lot of info, but isn't too difficult to navigate and it has reviews of different colours, as well as different effects you can get from them.

I have only used Manic Panic, and I loved it. It left my hair in wonderful condition - I loved how soft it would be after using.
The colors turn out perfect as long as your hair is bleached really well. The tinting on even slightly darker than bleached hair is not great, but that is to be expected.

I've only used stargazer out of those and it went on well, etc. but just didn't seem as intense as others I've used (like Directions). Of course, none of them are great unless you're bleached first (and I always finish up with me and the bathroom dyed purple - had to lay off for a bit cause we've just put new fixtures in!)

I use special effects. Way better than manic panic and it's black light responsive. Lasts longer too.

the first 2 i`ve never personally used...manic panic is pretty good, one of the best...i currently am using "special effects" brand hair color, which u can usually buy at hot topic...the colors are very vivid & seem to last longer without fading than the manic panic brand, at least for my hair...

Sally's splendor supply. in case you get it at Wal-Mart, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not use intense high quality and uncomplicated! It in no way comes out! It has metallic in it and that i did not be attentive to it and had to advance it out!
