I thank God that there is not a day that goes by that I don't feel Him near me in some sort of way. He seems to be near me most often when I am discouraged, my feelings have been hurt and when I am fasting and praying. The Word of God says that when we are weak, then He is strong. I have found that to be true. My most recent is when my son was a senior in high school and he and I had had a major blow out. He left home and I didn't know where he was. Coming from me and my son(my first born and only son) always being close, that was heart-wretching to me. God not only brought him back home, but he did finish high school and he is enrolled in a NCAA college right now. To God be the glory. May God Bless U.

I have always felt that Jesus is within me, inviting me to make the best out of my life in this world. In everyday life this has meant being good and kind to people who are less fortunate, those who are disabled and in distress. I find a lot of happiness and meaning when i smile and the smile communicates my care and love for those who need it the most!

My Mother just went to be with Jesus
I was lifted up in the spirit through it all
God gave me joy, he said sorrow not as those that have no hope
God gave me the Holy Ghost Laughter when she left us, and I put it on everyone else
I say every day I love you Mom I'm going to miss you
It has just been a few weeks yet I am not in grief i know she is safe in the arms of Jesus

I was raised Episcopalian and never felt the distinct presence of Jesus. I felt the emminence of God, and I still do, but never the presence of Jesus. It was not until after I became a polytheist (that is, I came to believe in multiple gods) that I ever felt the presence of Jesus.
I was at a ceremony honoring our Ancestors and Beloved Dead, when wine was passed for us to drink. The taste reminded me so much of my days with the Episcopal church that I was immediately reminded of Jesus. And then I sensed Him.
"Oh no, there are folks here who might not be comfortable with your presence!"
"Am I not of your Beloved Dead?"
"Um... well, yes, I suppose you are."
Today my bible and blessed crosses sit on my Ancestors and Beloved Dead altar. Jesus is not my savior (I don't need saving, thank you), but I respect and honor His significance as one who came before me.
I'm aware of the irony of all this.

On January 20Th, I was hit and almost killed by a car while on my mountain bike. Trust me, if there were no God, and no Jesus there to protect me, I would have died. Jesus is the ultimate comforter and healer. It has been 3 months since the accident. And even though I ended up needing knee surgery to repair damage, I am almost back to 100%. I have faith. And because I believe, and I serve Gods purpose, Jesus constantly has brought me comfort and healing. He is real. Believe it.

i guess you could say school has not been kind as of late. So much stress, and yet, this past Easter, (while i was playing bass on the worship team), i felt the presence of God standing next to me and dancing up above me, as we sang "Glory in the Highest". I think that was the moment that really touched me, so much actually, that i cried.

i dont think that people can really say that they are positive that they felt God or Jesus cause it hard to prove, but there are some crazy stroies that ive heard like:
when hurricane katrina hit and everyone went to that stadium for shelter there were many just living off of hope and faith in God. There was this one woman who was praying asking God to show himself and to make to clear to her in black and white, no shades of grey. so she was just in the stadium like everyone else and they were handing out aid kits like toothbrushes and blanket. Well this woman got a black and white blanket that said "God Saves" stitch on it.

I know that Jesus is around me, all the time. However, I always feel Him more strongly in my dreams. I could be standing somewhere in a dream, and I feel Him lift me, and I am so incredibly happy and warm, and I just know that it's Him. It is quite an amazing feeling.
