I never pray, there is no man made god who will listen. But I can tell you this. It makes me sick that religious radicals can incite young dumb sexually frustrated illiterate poverty stricken and socially hopeless sociopaths into killing themselves and innocent civilians, including women and children in the name of some warped god.
I want us out of the middle east, but not until we finish our job. In this case our job is to stick with the Iraqi people until they can take care of themselves. We made that promise, we have to keep it.
After that, I don't care if the middle east dies ten thousand deaths.

Good point.
I'll hazard a guess there isn't a single person on this site who was Actually affected by the events in VA.
What's the Christain equivalent of Emo?
They're all so 'shocked and hurt by the events' because they think it makes them part of something bigger, and only then can they truly feel alive.
If I was a praying man, I'd pray for the people here.
Hypocrisy is such a terrible way to waste a life.
Of course, pointing that out to them is 'bashing them'.
In their self righteous world, nobody else is entitled to an opinion unless it is the same as theirs.
All hail homogeneity.

I pray the Iraqi soldiers, people, officials. I pray for the foreign troops and people, as well as the americans over there. Didn' t you know there are Christian churches in Iraq and Iran as well? I don't hold the death of anyone more significant than any one else's. A soul is a soul. I have been to Iraq, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia and the people over there treated me very well. Why would I not pray for them.

I must admit that although the whole time our troops have been in Iraq, I have made conscious efforts to pray for them. I did for yesterday allow my heart, mind and prayers to be with the students, their families and friends. Every life is precious in the eye sight of God and should be to us as well. May God Bless U.

No, apparently someone's cat's gone missing, so that's much more important to pray for than a bunch of Iraqis. Anyway, it was "their own" people who killed them, why weren't all the moderate Muslims protesting against extremist violence? They must condone it then...
What's the current ratio of "innocent" American lives to "rest of the world" lives needed to achieve a balance? 1:10,000, more, less, infinite?
