With my daughters birthdays being in July I know exactly what you mean! My birthday is in July as well. I had my child get all of their friends phone number before the end of the year, I called their friends parents and got their addresses. Then I sent invitations to them. This seemed to work, and almost everyone showed up! Try doing the same thing. Or if you are involved in your childs classroom and know some of the parents, have them help you, by getting phone numbers (depending on the age of your child... you may not be able to read their writing). My oldest daughter is only in the 1st grade and last year that is how we did it. Just called people and got their addresses. Also, my daughters teacher gave me a list of all the kids in the class, and their parents names, so that I was able to look up their phone numbers myself in case I couldn't understand what my daughter had written down. This helps a LOT!

Give out the invites to those he wants there. If others say "why wasn't I invited?" You tell them you had numbers and could not invite all those he wanted to. Give out the invites (Is that your summer holidays? Is that the prob. Just clicked sorry, it's winter here then). Try in the last week of school to hand out the invites. Talk to the teacher if you want to try and get some addresses if that is easier but where I am they can't give out that info without that persons permission but I hear some schools have a parent contact list.

Pick a date and give the invitations out before school is out. Or you could send out save the dates instead of actual invitations. Or you could get a list of the child's friends and get their address or phone numbers and go that route.

Keep in touch with the parents and at the end of the school year ask the parents for addresses because you are having a party in July.

I did around preschool age considering the shown fact that grew to become into whilst they began making acquaintances yet my little ones by no potential went to daycare. if that they had long gone to daycare at a youthful age and had little ones there they enjoyed and performed with then yeah i might invite them yet probably basically a pick few who my baby performed with the main, not the entire daycare type. i in my view don't like it whilst my older little ones are invited to a occasion and then i stumble on out after that the entire type grew to become into invited. i've got self belief like it is so impersonal to try this. i might pick to think of my baby have been given invited and spent money on a recent because of the fact they are close acquaintances with the guy extremely than basically because of the fact they ensue to be in the comparable type.

Usually we make invitation cards and ask the child or the teacher to give the cards to his friends, just make sure that you do this before classes end. If the children are too young to do so, you may also want to phone the parents of his friends.

hope you'll have a great party!

We are going to pass out invitations the last day of school. Both of my kids are July babies so I know how it is. Good Luck

Just get with the teacher and ask for everyone's contact information. Then send birthday cards to all the kids.

Get their addresses and mail the invitations. Or the phone number and call them.

You can ask their parents for their home addresses so that you can mail them invitations over the summer.
