No. Thats not "bossing" her around. Bossing is telling her what she can and can't do, who she can and can not see, where she can and can not go, why she can or can not do this or that. Now "you think you can come here" can be said in a rude tone of voice but there is a HUGE difference in RUDE and BOSSY. So, depending on your tone of voice of course, I would say you MAY have been rude but SO NOT bossy. No worries.

No I don't think it is bossing anyone woman or man. But it would be very nice and polite if you said " Could you come over, please".
