I live in India. My son is 4y old. Hospital made a mistake in mother name. So I have to write a letter to MCD for correct the name. Plz. help me.

go to the registry office to get it corrected

The Hospital spelled my name wrong to.
So, with the name on all my paperwork
I'm going to wait until my death,
then have my Real name placed under
the name the Hospital gave me.

Do you have proof of her name ?

go to registry office or statistic office and tell them the problem..
