All those sugar based and caffeine based things will provide a quick fix temporarily, but, what always worked for me is.......
fresh fruit (citrus items are best)
lots of fresh, cool water
Plus, try maybe walking around while studying your notes or reading, keeps the blood flowing, and it always kept me going...especially in the home stretch.

Keep her warm with a blanket they like to snuggle and bury their nose in the blanket. I am not a vet but I have raised and trained dogs for more than 40 years. I don't know what food she is eating but read the labels and look up the ingredients. Dry food that has not been wet before they eat swells in their stomach. It creates gas. bloat and is very painful the amount they ate os now 3 times the size it was when it went in. This can cause the intestines to flip and cut off blood flow. Dogs have died because of this. More common in large breeds as they eat large quantities at a time. Even if you are giving her the best of the best food she may have an Allergy that built up and finally enough to inflame her bowels. Just some things to consider. I had construction on our property done I did not know that they had dumped construction waste paint and left out everything until my dog got very sick 2 intestinal surgeries in one month. I looked for days 10 acres and there it was. It took sometime for the scare tissue to build up in her intestine. From the inflammation. That Look for something she could of she could have chewed on around the house outside in the garage that irritated and inflamed her intestines. Good luck. She will get better. or ask your vet if she has ibs from nerves. put a little warm water on her food it relaxes the tummy muscels and will make her need to poop,

i read coffee at Starbuck on most of the answers.
1)their coffee sucks
2)it is mostly water (colored)
Get a frigging ESPRESSO. Double Espresso. Can get anywhere. That may keep you awake.
For many people, having a coffee before doing to bed, they sleep better !!! True

There are a few thing s that can make you stay awake.
E.G: Coffee can make stay awake for the rest of the night (well,not actually)LOL.
Or listening to music
You could also eat something like fruits and vegies.
Hope you get a good luck in that test thingy

To help you stay alert you can purchase an over-the-counter aid called : vivarin- it's just caffeine in tablet form. But don't take it with anything else with caffeine in it and don't take it with redbull of any of the like.

Starbuck's has a great thing called "espresso beans". They're basically coffee beans dipped in chocolate. You'll be buzzing in no time!

Protein-sweets and other simple carbs (including fruit) will give you a sugar rush followed by an insulin spike leaving you more tired than you started. Protein will gradually increase blood sugar and keep it there for hours.

Try sweets such as candy. Coffee and red bull with candy are a combination which will definitely keep you up.Good luck on you test tomorrow and staying up studying.

Oranges ... celery... carrots... things that take time to eat plus some concentration while eating them.. As well as studying they are also good to keep a person awake during driving... especially peeling that orange... (smiles)
