Yes. In Latin America there is a sausage made out of pigs blood, rice, and spices that is quite delicious. Spain has a similar sausage called morcilla. And from talking to people I know there are similar delicacies in Eastern Europe and SouthEast Asia.

Blood can coagulate. Yes I eat blood. I've had vietnamese rice soup with pieces of blood, polish duck blood soup, and blood sausage from Spain.

I simply assume that everytime I sit down to a nice juicy steak, or grilled pork chops, or gnaw on a cooked chicken bone, that I'm eating blood as well! I also think that I don't want to think about it! :)

not intrested.but some of the international dishes uses rabbits blood to as a thikening agent.in Indoneesia they like fish blood.
In that case if I like or not accedently can be consumed.well it taste nice.

In Western Europe (mostly in French speaking countries) it's called: BOUDIN. It is blood sausage.
btw: blood is a liquid, so how can you eat it and not drinking it???
