umm...instead of spending your money on a tattoo, perhaps it would serve you better to spend it on a tube of antifungal medication.

Yes. To get rid of the jock itch, just shower everyday, change underwears daily, and wash it instead of wiping it.

Don't know about the tat and jock together question but you need to know that if you are wearing any sythetics in your briefs/boxers,this is why your itching there:
