Who's in shape with a toned body. I don't want to be really skinny I enjoy having hips, thighs, and butt. Does this sound good or bad. I exercise and I eat healthy also.

Hey is there anything wrong with being "thick". Having someone you can hold and not fold. I'm not conceited at all. I bet If most of you seen my body and my face you would be saying something different.

As the brothas say. YOU THICK!! LOL! Nothin wrong with being thick. Better than being a stick. I don't know if you know who Buffy The Body is, but if you have seen pictures of her, she is 5'7 and weighs 157 pounds. 45 in the hips. That's powerful. Make you say, "Claude have mercy."

If you eat healthy and exercise and you are in shape then you sound very fit. Although the BMI (Body Mass Index) is not accurate because it does not take into account muscle weight, your BMI is around 25 which is okay (20-24.9 is the healthy range). I think that as long as you are happy with your body and you treat it well, you will look great.

Depends on your body fat levels, so get them checked to know whether you are healthy or not. Also you can check your waist/hip ratio, which is the measurement of your waistline divided by the measurement of the fullest part of your hip/butt in inches. If this is less than 0.8, then it is considered to be healthy.

I would not worry about the weight as much as the body fat percentage. African-American women have a high rate of diabetes, it's a genetic predisposition. for optimum health I would shoot for a slightly lower than average body fat% to decrease health risks

i am 5´7 my weight is 120 pounds and i am not skinny. i am very athletic and muscly. thou i wouldn't mind to lose 5 more pounds. to get more ripped look for muscles. i think u re grossly overweight
