special K cereals, veggies (carrots, celery dipped in ranch), a light salad (greens, olives, a cut up serving of croutons), etc.
and in response to the comment below me, fruit isnt necessarily okay to eat at night. it contains sugar- although it's natural sugar, it's still considered as... well, sugar.

Here are some of my favorite treats:
1. Chicken noodle soup with whole grain crackers
Carrots and celery stix with dressing
Applesauce
2. Split pea soup with corn bread
Lettuce and tomato salad with creamy Italian Vinagrette
Brownie
3. Turkey and cheese sandwich on multigrain bread
Celery stuffed with peanut butter
Pineapple chunks
4. Roast beef and Brie sandwich with horseradish sauce on
sour dough bread
Carrots and celery with dip
Fruit yogurt
5. Ham and Swiss on rye with mustard
deviled eggs
carrots and celery with cheese
oatmeal cookies
Dinner:
1. Roast chicken with mashed potatos and fresh green beans
2. Grilled flank steak with red potatos and peas
3. Pork Chops with macaroni and cheese, green salad
4. Spaghetti with marinara sauce, garlic bread, salad
5. Pork Roast with mashed sour cream potatos, glazed carrots, spinach salad
6. Chicken and Dumpling soup, fresh rosemary-potato bread, baby lettuce salad with feta and candied walnuts
