so i wear a size 0 in pants and some times a size bigger so im pretty small but my fiend i said i have love handles. =..( so how do i make them go away???!!! fast!!??

if you are size 0 it doesnt mean you are fit and healthy or have lower body percentage than somebody who is size 12.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

It's very very sexy to have some soft fleshy shapely and excrutiatingly delicious middle bits to grab hold of at the appropriate time... otherwise you just feel pretty much like another man around the middle.

Now see? If I had simply said "love handles" most of the male population would immediately understand what I meant. "Love handles" doesn't always require derogatory intonations.

If you have to be another skinny train wreck instead of the perfect siren that you are... then you need to exercise rather than starve yourself.

i feel you!!!! im 22, 4'11" and weigh 96lbs. (im asian if that helps!) im a exercize-aholic. im actually a double 0, i could never gain more than 100. but i used to have love handles because i never used to work out. like..i jiggle when i walk!! haha. so embarrassing! right? well, i recently started working out and this is what i do!


1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

-i feel toned and really healthy =)
trust me, this WILL work!

Try this program, check out the info on it, it's very useful, I've been using it for a month to tone my abs and it works pretty fast. It's a plan used by models and bodybuilders to burn fat and it's healthy, no pills or starving yourself...nothing is worth that. I hope you'll find this link useful.

You need to do some aerobic excercises which is anything that gets your heart rate up. This is what burns excess fat and flab. Sit ups, squats, yoga are fine for muscle tone but they won't burn the fat. So go swimming, jogging, dance to the oldies or whatever but get that heart a pumpin'.

sweety, honestly, that's skin. If you have any muscle tone at all at a size 0, you're grabbing skin. There's supposed to be a little give.

But your friend probably was just teasing. If you really think you have an issue, then just start toning up and building some muscle.

fast=no, excerise... aren't they the hardest thing to get rid of, lol, leave them they may be cute, guys say they like to hold on to them lol, tara reid has them, but they look cute on her, and ur friend said it, they may have been joking, is it even noticable to other peole, because people claim that i don't have any, and i sure see them, so i dunno what they're talking about! ;-P
