find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Temperarely removing wheat and milk from you diet for a couple of weeks can quickly help reduce up to 15 lbs in water retention (bloating, especially around the midsection). But you have to be sure your getting a proper amount of clacium and whole fiberous grains, in other areas of your diet to ensure you stay healthy and have plenty of energy. Also remember calcium needs magnesium and plenty of vitamin d for proper absorbsion. A half an hour of sunlight at least once a day should help with the vitamin d. Many nutritionist will recommend this. If I have the time I ill search my favorites for sources. Anyways I lost thirteen lbs in to weeks this way!

Exercise: I'm told that resistance training is the best exercise, that you can even burn calories in your sleep from doing this. Go for a good brisk walk this is good to do with friends you can encourage each other.

Nutrition: Supplementing is important, most food is void of nutrients! Especially during exercise you should keep a water bottle of mineral water, this will also help you loose weight. Keep your carbs low, stay away from deep fried foods. Avoid cooking your food in a frying pan: if you must cook on low temperatures and use butter. Avoid sugar! Drink green tea.

Of course I'm one to talk, I need to dicipline myself with my own advice! However I have been on Younevity's products, the Majestic Earth liquid vitamin and mineral's: my bowl problems were gone and I had more energy. Please look at the source's below I believe it will be very helpful to you.

Use spray oil rather than pouring. One squirt contains only 1 calorie compared to 120 calories coming from a tablespoon. If you use oil inside your cooking daily, this small change could lose that you simply stone over the year.

Two months is enough time, but don't rush it. Don't lose more than 1lb-2lb per week otherwise you will be losing fat instead of muscle.

Start working out daily, doing cardio and weight training on alternate days. Start eating more protein, such as chicken, turkey, fish, lean beef/ham, eggs and baked beans. Eat more healthy carbs such as fresh fruit and vegetables and wholemeal foods. Don't eat less than 1,200-1,500calories per day.

HTH : )

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

Cold showers: They not only burn 500 extra calories a day, studies from The New England Journal of Medicine cite that this icy water also activates ‘brown fat’ – the favorable type of body fat in which creates body heat, increases rate of metabolism and burns off naughty white-colored fat.
