I just had a son and before I was preggo, I had a eight-pack abs, rock hard buns, etc. I worked out everyday while i was preggo. The last month was the hardest cause i was so tired. I climed at least three flights of stairs everyday until i delivered. I still need to get rid of all that "stuff" i had b 4 i was preggo.

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.
Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for someone who does the cellulite treatments.

celulite most of the time is a result of yo-yo dieting, starving yourself, binge eating etc.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

running, or bike riding, also dance class can build muscle in your legs and tighten them
you def. have to excerise
walking everyday (a distance, not to the car), jumping rope
if you think about it, as a kid did we have jigglies and cellulite, nope, because we ran all the time, played, hopscotch, jumping rope, jumping jacks, dancing, you name it
