Your guess is as good as mine. I submitted a Swedish Meatball recipe a year and a half ago and it's still under review.

I guess they have to have their taste-testers make it and try it to approve it. I gave up hoping it would get in.

Kathleen has it suitable. this is negotiated between you and the sellers. the different solutions are not incorrect--they are describing the time-honored technique. yet whilst timing is a controversy to you, you purely specify what you pick on your furnish--comparable to you may specify value, no remember in case you pick the supplier to pay any ultimate expenses, etc. this is negotiated in basic terms like something. You ask for what you pick. The sellers might or won't be prepared to comply with it. So: publish the furnish at the instant and specify that ultimate won't take place for 2 months (or regardless of works suitable for you). yet get it in writing in the process the settlement. do no longer purely attempt timing it, assuming that ultimate will artwork out around the date you pick. What you're asking is definitely particularly undemanding. Your Realtor can help you with all that. wish that facilitates.
