I am 13 (gonna be 14 in about 3 weeks tho), 5'1 and am about 125 lb. I look kind of chubby, and I just want to feel better about my stomach. I probably won't grow much taller, because I come from a short family, so there's no hope in thinning out there or for me to 'grow out of chubbiness naturally'. I just don't want to look too fat at the beach. Do you have any reccomendations for any diets u know work or any good exercises u know are good for flat stomachs?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Eat healthy: Whole grains, lots of fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy, and lean meat. Don't forget to exercise; If you are not active in sports, you can start running on your own or with a friend. Drinking water is something you also need to do. Good luck and don't become to obsessed about your weight.
