Its been going on for a while,there is this spark between us but i was unsure coz he never asked me out,we used to wrk in the same department but i moved,yesterday he came to setup the printer & we talked bout work etc,im starting to lose interest in him thats why im getting comfortable around him,if he shud ask me out what should i say?

If you're not willing to start a relationship with this guy and he will ask you out, then you should make it clear to him that the spark you had, has now stopped sparking and that you want to be just friends with him. Nothing more nothing less. But when you say this to him, try to make it less difficult for him because if you don't do so you will eventually loose the friendship you have with this guy.

Normally you say uh, yes. The fact you are losing interest is probally cause he is entering "the friend zone". I say dont let him in. Next time you break something and he comes to fix, ask him why im getting 700 ping on cs. (nar dont do that lol when he asks the next few questions you wont be able to answer).
Ask him out for a coffee, if he doesnt drink it find another neutral beverage. That way you can find out where your at and where he fits in.

Yes, is always a good place to start. But if your starting to feel comfortable around him isn't that a good thing? It makes talking to the person a little easier rather than squirming in your boots worried your going to say the wrong thing.

honesty is always the best way forward, but you have to start with yourself - what would you really want out of this?
once you can answer that, your way forward should be obvious. life's too shot to worry about knock backs!

Be proactive. Get his phone number and stay in contact with him long enough to figure out how you feel about him.

tell him how you feel for him and that he doesn't have to respond to it because you dint want to put him on the spot
i really like this GIRL and went through and did just that and now we date
