They will not fit, I don't know if the bolt pattern is the same or not but the studs are bigger on the new rams then yours.

The 20" is four inches taller than the stock tire, and will require two more inches clearance. The bolt pattern is the same, but the newer has 9/16" studs. It may be hard to find a 1/2" 20 tpi nut with enough outside diameter to fit the hole in the wheel.

They are not a different bolt pattern. They may fit, but whether there is clearance for cornering may be another issue. It depends on the tire size, information you did not provide.
