They're probably sorry....It's hard to find any intelligence in what you and your ilk say, so they don't believe you can insult a null. If you want to prove you do have some intelligence be the first to rationally refute my statement below with proof from outside your bible parables.

No Christian has yet to explain away my evolution defense based on Crocodile fossils rationally? They ran from my question on the subject.

There are 110 million year old fossils of crocodiles. There are not fossils of horses, house cats, cows, or any of thousands of species from that long ago age. If the creationists are to be taken as correct there should be fossils of all species dating to 110 million years ago. Else, the God of the Old Testament is without viable continuity of purpose and reason.
The only truthful argument against this theory is that the God of the Old Testament created even the fossils in place. Would this be to confound humans and cause strife in their midst? However, there is another pertinent question to be asked on the above defense. Why would this God also create living crocodiles of a line that still exist nearly unchanged? None of the large dinosaur of fossil fame exists.
I know that those of the Bible accept, and, in some cases cherish parables. Why can they not accept that the Genesis Creation is a parable for consumption of a people much less learned and advanced than those of today?

W A S H I N G T O N, Oct. 25 — A crocodile longer than a school bus and weighing about 10 tons (9 metric tons) was the top predator in an African river 110 million years ago, routinely dining on large dinosaurs that came within range of its toothy jaws.

When we did know why it rained, We had a God of Rain. Whenever there something we don't have the answer for, it's attributed to a God.

Evolution thru natural selection is not theory? It is proved. The Bible says the Earth is 5000 yrs. old. We can prove that to be false.

Just because science has yet to answer questions like, "If there's no God, where does space end and what comes after that" doesn't mean there's not an answer.

I know of NO part of Creation Theory that's been proved. Yet I can certainly disprove many parts. The exact opposite is true of Evolution Theory

It's said that there are no stupid questions. What has happened in this case though, I think, is that people have tried to disprove evolution by 'asking questions' that they think do so. If someone is trying to show that something is wrong by 'asking questions' then they better already know the answer to the question. Otherwise, they risk disproving their own opinion. For example, 'why are monkeys still here...?'. So, like all people, they may tend to get defensive because they feel like they are always being bombarded. However, I know that most will answer politely, honestly and try to explain the theory if they think the question is sincere.

Evolution is a scientific theory. Darwin was only one of the first to develop it. Now the vast majority of scientists and other educated people have dropped all the the creation myths because they no longer explain anything.

Oh and yes - I too am annoyed at those who do not argue without insulting individuals on both the evolution and the creationist sides.

So come on my fellows lets keep it congenial.

Careful! I am a Christian and a staunch believer in special creation. With that in mind, I would like to caution you against hasty generalizations. There are any number of people on this forum who happen to hold to Darwinian evolution who are able to carry on polite correspondence. True, SOME are quite insulting, but not ALL.

Blessings!
Tom

I've never had my intelligence insulted by a "Darwinists". Maybe they just insult your intelligence? Perhaps they get cross about magical thinking versus reasoned argument.

Well, 'Darwinists' might be one reason. We don't worship the guy. He just had a good idea. I know many of you don't understand the concept of not worshiping something, but we don't.

And most of the questions people ask show a deep and willful misunderstanding of evolution. That's ignorance if I've ever seen it.

Darwinism is an incredible truth and they need not to insult anyone. Other concepts other than Darwinism are merely faiths.
I got a scientist and a Faithist at home .When one's faiths uprooted he thinks he is insulted. One need to habe a basic Science knowledge on mutations to understand Darwinism. You too Need not to worry.

Because your questions about evolution display a piss poor lack of knowledge and some of your questions come straight from creationist web sites or books. Creationist are pond scum. They are liars and misrepresent science.

My guess is that you gave the Darwinist reason to insult your intelligence. Perhaps you phrased your question in such a way that they thought you were a moron and treated you accordingly.
