I recommend getting a copy of Dr. Sandra Cabot's "The Body-Shaping Diet." It's an older book but worked for me. I lost 30 lbs. in close to 5 months by drinking only water and not going back for second helpings. If you follow Dr. Cabot's system, I'm sure you can reach your goal very rapidly!

Sure it is.. I lost 22 pounds in 2 months. I ate breakfast and dinners full of protein like eggs and chicken. I also drank about 6 or 7 water bottles a day, and occasionally drank green tea. Work out at the gym, and especially do cardio! I'm looking forward to lsoing about 20 more by June, so good luck to you! =]

A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter water.
Keep to a 1,200 food intake
Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.
I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

you're no longer that heavy thinking you're especially tall, yet i might make a plan that shoots for 2 pounds a week at maximum. i might exercising 3-4 situations a week for a million hr - 2 hrs at maximum. Do a million hr of the two calisthenics or weightlifting with gentle weights and extreme reps in line with set and then yet another hour of average cardio pastime like a protracted jog. to your present day weight and top, i might say consume around 1700-2000 energy in line with day. consume meals that are no longer processed or incredibly enriched in sugar. consume especially plenty something from the exterior aisles of the food market. you will discover that controlling your weight loss software stands out as the main important undertaking provided that's what's going to truly impact weight-loss.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I did by walking 2.5 miles a day, cooking on a George Foreman Grill, using pure virgin olive oil, drinking at least 8 16oz bottles of water a day. It seems hard to do but you gradually start to look forward to the life. OH and start your day off with a cold bottle of water and no sugars or fast foods. Good Luck.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

it is possible, but not recommended (depending on your starting weight). rapid weight loss is just as dangerous as rapid weight gain. take your time. eat sensibly, exercise, and avoid carbs and sugar. a few lifestyle changes can result in great changes in your body. be safe, and get fit! forget the fads and trends such as slimfast, which can cause gas and bloating. go with several small meals per day, don't eat anything major after 6:00 p.m. get your metabolism going in the morning with oatmeal or other whole grain food. best wishes....

absolutely...the diet is 70% of the equation the rest is exercise. the metabolism and basic biological functions to operate at optimum efficiency when high quality foods are consumed on a regular basis for an extended period of time. if you base your diet on whole foods and cook most of your meals you can definetly meet that goal
